Event Date: April 18-20, 2013-San Diego, CA 

Raceday Transport is currently offering Box and Ship Transport (see description below) to ITU San Diego.

Box and Ship Transport- This is an option where an athlete would either box their bike themselves, or have their local bike shop perform this service.  It is then shipped to your event hotel, or a local bike shop that is nearest the event and assembled.  Our support department at Bike Flights will assist you in all aspects of this travel and can arrange a bike box and disassembly/reassembly if needed. 

Fully-Assembled Transport-  This is an option where your bike travels fully-assembled from an activated Raceday Region.  If Raceday Transport is scheduled to have a presence at the event, we activate certain route options throughout the country.  Your bike is collected and then transported via a specialty UPS container to and from the event.

For comparison, you should always explore the baggage cost of your airline, and their partner airlines, for each leg of your trip.  Don’t forget to build in the proper size rental car that you’ll need to transport your gear.  This should provide you the foundation to build your travel plans around your preferred cost and convenience.
